• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• After 12 hours, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

• We accept return requests for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.

• Clearance, sale, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

• Worn or used items will not be accepted for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
